Primary Objectives:

Requirements:
Degree preferably in Science or Business.
A minimum 3 years of strong sales track record as a Hospital Representative in healthcare industry (preferably with experience of handling specialty care products) as well as a proven track record of successful program development and implementation.

Primary Objectives:
1) To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territories / key accounts by identifying business opportunities, expanding customer base and project implementation while maintaining existing business.

Ability to establish assigned programs to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the organization’s efforts in achieving strategic goals. Develop solutions to problems within budgetary constraints.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and potential key accounts.

Other responsibilities include specific projects (as stated below), pricing discussion, contract extensions/amendments, forecasting, periodic business unit review meetings, and other customer service related issues.
As this position is a 60% Sales and 40% Marketing role, the candidate will have to work on marketing plans together with the Business Unit Manager, develop and implement marketing strategies in the therapeutic areas assigned.
Requirements:
Degree preferably in Science or Business.
A minimum 3 years of strong sales track record as a Hospital Representative in healthcare industry (preferably with experience of handling specialty care products) as well as a proven track record of successful program development and implementation.
Must be proficient in verbal and written communication.
Mature, confident, analytical, result oriented and self motivated.

Media planning knowledge

Incumbernt will be part of a team engaging in domestic distribution and sales of full range of audio visual and home appliances products
Main focus will be in retail management, to enhance existing dealer relationships and achieve monthly sales targets
In addition, the following duties will be included:
Monitoring and providing feedback on industry activities
Preparing dealer/sales performance reports and liaising with dealers on promotional activities
Managing Accounts Receivable
Requirements:
A good Sales and Marketing Diploma is needed with minimum 2 years of related sales experience
A good track record on domestic sales and retail management
