Banquet Sales Manager

Job Description:

Banquet Sales Manager
Location: Central

Responsibilities:
 Reporting to the Assistant General Manager of the F&B Division, the shortlisted candidate will be leading the Corporate Sales team in implementing all sales activities, maximizing business opportuniites and ensuring the smooth executive of events in the following areas:
 Develop and maintain close working relationship with new and existing business leads to generate sales
 Assist clients on their sales enquiries via phone calls and emails
 Provide advice on event set-up and execution to clients where necessary
 Manage the event budgeting and prepare sales quotations
 Conduct site inspectation with prospective clients
 Prepare and circulate detailed event orders and work closely with all relevant departments to ensure satisfactory service delivery
 Follow up with clients after events to collect feedback and gauge customer satisfaction
 Attend to customer complaints promptly and efficiently and take appropriate service recovery actions to turn unhappy customers into return patrons



Requirements:
 Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
 At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate, Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
 Full-Time position(s) available.
