Job Description:
Customer Relationship Executive (Marketing)
Location: Outram
Salary: Up to $2500
Work Days: 5 days
Responsibilities:
Providing support to customers of Digital Advertising Firm online platform on a wide variety of technical and non-technical issues, on the phone and in person.
Open, organize and maintain client accounts on the Digital Advertising Firm’s platform.
Follow through on sales orders and inquiries. Keep management and customers up to date operations.
Work closely with sales and account managers to build, maintain and uphold client relationship to ensure customer satisfaction with the Digital Advertising firm by constantly providing solutions and value added services to their business.
Act as a liaison between operations functions and customers to manage delivery expectations.
Prepare, maintain and issue status reports as required.
Perform other sales support or related activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business / Marketing, Mass Communications or equivalent with relevant experience
Fresh Graduates with strong aptitude in communications are welcome to apply
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, including an ability to communicate with external customers and suppliers
In depth computer knowledge of MS Office Suite, Internet platform; familiarity with Adobe Flash, HTML and ERP software is an asset
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail; with the ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and workload
Demonstrated capacity and willingness to learn
Enjoy meeting people and is matured in handling customers / issues
Able to manage or lead discussions during meetings
Able to work in a stressful environment and resourceful in finding solutions when faced with problems
Team player that is ready for any challenge but also knows how to have fun!
Able to start work in short notice is an advantage
