Job Description:
Handles customer enquiries and follow through orders from placement till delivery
Act as a focal point for customer and be responsible for fulfillment of orders.

Sales Executive/ Manager (Regional Sales)

Job Description:

-Location: North

-5 day week

-Responsibilities:

Support the sales & marketing activities of the company's two-way radio communications products.
Conduct Technical Training for customer.
Create Training materials/ Presentation Slides independently
Prepare proposal & quotation for system sales.
Evaluate Tender specifications, compliant statements and writing of System proposal.
Liaising with 3rd party venders for development of application software.
Sourcing and Integration of all 3rd party products with our System.
Conduct field trial for system setup and providing supervision guidance etc.
Explore new market requirements and opportunities for System Sales.
Provide proper technical & sales support to channel partners .
Resolve and/or escalate channel issues when appropriate.

Sales Support Specialist (IT/ Telco Industry)

Job Description:
-Primary customer contact handling questions dealing with customer inventories, contract questions,invoice questions, collections and dispute issues.
-Acts as the secondary contact such as creating customer specific inventory reports etc.
Manage Data order.
-Serve as a backup support when the Account manager is on travelling or vacation.
-Submitting order packages through and following through order process until completion.
-Submitting disconnect orders, renewal orders or modify orders as needed.
-Contract Management - ensuring contracts are correctly completed, all approvals obtained, stamped by legal, countersigned.
-Process Management - Act as a liaison between Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Provisionning, Billing and Collections to ensure processes are in place to install Data products and act as a point of contact in answering inquiries.
-Ensure that all Asia Data customers are being invoiced correctly.
-Verify the first invoice for new or modified services that are implemented.
-Work with customers and sales on customer billing disputes, and processing credits through management when required.
-Answer questions from customers and safes regarding invoices. Providing copies of invoices to sales or customers as required.
-Submitting orders for billing address changes etc.
-Collections - working with collections team to resolve customer billing disputes.
-Assist in finding new customer contacts or new billing addresses for returned invoices when required.
-Assist sales in obtaining payment from customers that are late.
-Inventory - Maintaining circuit inventory of all circuits for our region.


Requirements:
-Permanent/ 12 months contract available. All subject to renewal.
-Diploma/ Degree in any fields.
-Preferred with SAP knowledge and skill.
-Sound knowledge of IT / Network a distinct advantage.
