Corp Comms & Investor Relations Manager

Job Description:

Location: East

Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and implement communications strategies to strengthen corporate image and build strong positive reputation for the Group.
Act as primary media contact, prepare and issue press releases and drive close relations with key media stakeholders to coordinate and ensure excellent press coverage for the Group.
Define and consistently communicate key messages of the Group to the media and internal staff through different communication channels.
Develop and manage various communications materials such as the corporate website, annual reports, company brochures, corporate video and corporate gift.
Involve in corporate affair and business development work such as trade exhibitions, press conferences, community projects and other social responsibility initiatives/ activities.
Plan and coordinate sponsorship activities and evaluate requests for donations in line with corporate objectives.
Responsible for all investor relations of the Group including facilitating communications and liaison with shareholders.
Develop strategic investor relations programme.
Arrange and involve in shareholders' meetings as well as media/analysts’ meetings.
Submission to SGX for timely release of all announcements.
Coordinate with share registrar, CDP and SGX for the distribution of notices to unit holders.
Maintain register of investors as well as potential key investors.
Any other special assignments as and when required.


Requirements:
A good degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations or equivalent.
Minimum 2 – 3 years of relevant working experience in corporate communications, business, finance or investor relations.
Strong command in both written & spoken.
Strong understanding of communications impact, media relations and financial markets.
Good presentation skills to converse information and strong analytical skills, plus demonstrated skills to multi-task essential.
A self-driven and dynamic individual and highly committed, organised and matured.

Sales Executive

Job Description:
• Running of daily routines of workplace such as answering all calls/transferring/taking messages/ad hoc duties
• Support/assist Sales group in handling sales-orders/feedback forms reply/event related functions
• Able to report to BCM in typing letters and support proper filings of letters/Sales order processing/On-line bookings/customer enquiries
• Play support role in tasks such as coordination resources with suppliers
• To do multitask or on Ad hoc Duties
• Require to do site recee and on duty for events after office hours, will be arranged by Manager in-charge
• Submit weekly report on sales performance/ pending orders and feedback from customers
