Industry: Engineer-Marine
Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:
Create sales & marketing bulletins, and marine product handbook to suit our regions in the Asia/Oceania/Middle-east
Review pre-sales application queries from distributors before providing feedback on installation guidelines
Prepare distributor price list by consolidating the pleasure craft engine information, to suit each territory
Provide support internally to Logistics & Sales Administration activities
Create new programs to increase the market share of our brand of marine engines in the territory
Provide necessary assistance to distributors to appoint new dealers in their territory
Provide sales & application training to distributors, dealers & customers on existing & new products
Analyse the distributors' and dealer's capability and help them improve their management system
Support distributors in their marketing & boat show activities
Provide necessary support to distributors with daily operational sales & application activities


Requirements:
Person from engineering background, with at least 2-3 years of medium and high speed marine diesel
engines, transmissions & sterndrives
Good knowledge of marine electronics is expected
Familiarity in pre-sales & application support is highly preferable
Strong technical knowledge and mindset to apply in the pre-sales domain
Bilingual in English / Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

Responsibilities:
Prepare rental quotations and review pricing agreements
Process work orders for rental tools fleet
Maintain accuracy and efficiency in rental billing processes
Constantly review work-in-progress orders and maintain up-to-date records on tool utilization
Liaise with service team on tool readiness and service reports
Communicate with customers on shipping schedules, tools usages and movements
Review Safety Stock and Usages
Provide customer service support to valued customers
Other administrative duties as required to support the team in meeting targets and objectives



Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in any discipline
Preferably with at least 3-5 years experience in the Oil & Gas industry
Experience in rental sales and/or operations support although not a pre-requisite
