Job Description:
Store Manager (Fashion Retail)
Location: West - IMM
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of retail sales staff
Instill a sales and service culture that promotes brand values
Ensure effective merchandise/inventory management and that store's visual display is executed as per brand guidelines
Responsible for store's sales targets
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years work experience as a retail store manager
Results-oriented and able to multi-task in a dynamic retail environment
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a high degree of maturity and initiative
Outstanding store managers with more than 5 years experience in managing 2 or more stores, maybe considered for Senior Store Manager position
