Job Description:
Shop Manager
Location: North-East
Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of retail outlets assigned
Lead and motivate a team of consultant to maximise sales through maintaining excellent service and retail standards to achieve customer service and sales goals
Demonstrate and promote belif products
Provide professional beauty advice and recommend products accordingly to individual preferences
Recommend and sale suitable skincare solutions based on customer's requirements
Build & establish good customer relationship
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the retail industry preferably in cosmetic/skincare; which includes 1 year in a supervisory role
Good complexion, pleasant disposition, well-groomed and customer-focused
Ability to work independently as well as a team leader
Keen sense of fashion and natural flair for style and beauty
Conversant in English and Mandarin, to deal with Chinese speaking customers
Able to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
