Requirements:
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
At lease 1-2 years experience in Freight Forwarding, transportation
In tune with customer’s expectations about value and service
Results Driven, self-motivated and able to work independently
Ability to ensure complete customer satisfaction to create repeat business opportunities.
Aggressive, customer-focused, and good team player
Knowledge in Freight Forwarding Industry is a must
Able to converse well with clients, contractors & shipping lines
Mature and Hard Working
Responsible for achieving sales target.
Interacts effectively with customers to build relationships
Exhibits professionalism
