Job Description:
Director of Sales
Responsibilities:
Set sales targets for Sales Manager on a quarterly basis and monitor the progress of individual sales persons.
Supervise corporate segment's performance and achieve corporate business targets.
Secure and increase all existing accounts as well as new accounts.
Develop thorough understanding of products and services provided by the Hotels and devise ways to deliver them.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the hospitality industry is preferred for this position.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent.
