Job Description:

Trade Marketing Executive


Responsibilities:
 Support the Retail and Food Service Business by translating brand marketing and trade strategies into actionable and sound marketing RFSI programs
 Ensure timely and successful implementation of customized programs for specific trade channelsand specific accounts including:
 Exclusive and ad-hoc channel-specific marketing programs and promotions in line with brand strategies as well as trade strategies.
 Channel-specific POSM to support channel promotional activities.
 In-store trade displays to enhance brand visibility.
 In-store sampling initiatives.
 Atrium fairs, road shows and events.
 Build compelling trade stories and business reviews, based on sound shoppers insights
 Provide post-promotional evaluation and recommendations for promotions strategy in Singapore.
 Responsible for the management of approved RFSI Brand-Building budget, ensuring efficient and effective spend in accordance with guidelines.
 Drive trade HMM for RFSI
 Continually evaluate and refresh in-store planogram across categories to ensure effectiveness and alignment with brand strategic direction and retailers’ goals
 Consolidate and analyze competitive activities by trade channel



Requirements:
 Minimum 3 yrs relevant trade marketing experience, preferably from an MNC FMCG environment
 A Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Business in any field is preferred. Diploma candidate may be considered.
 Strong command of the English language (both written and spoken)
 Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a plus.
 Strong interpersonal skills to enable effective cross-functional team work.
 Strong communication and presentation skills; Able to clearly articulate ideas / thoughts.
 Self-starter and fast learner who can work independently, with minimal supervision.
 Resourceful with a positive attitude, thrive on challenges and driven to develop solutions.
 Strong execution and operational skills with a good eye for detail.
 Ability to implement plans with high quality in a timely manner.
