Head of Sales and Marketing

Responsibilities:
As Head of Sales and Marketing, you will
Report directly to the General Manager
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team in the tactical and strategic development of the company’s products and services
Lead and support the sales and marketing team in product presentations
Be responsible for business development and implementation of the company’s growth strategy
Be responsible for the performance of the Sales and Marketing Department
Work closely with the Operations Department to facilitate and improve the communication channel between the Sales and Marketing Department and Operations Department
Identify business opportunities to expand into new markets
Formulate and execute marketing plan for new products/services,events,special promotions, etc
Implement and execute sales & marketing policies
Requirements:
To be successful in this challenging position, you must
Possess a degree in Business Management or equivalent
Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing sales team
Dynamic, self-motivated, proactive, independent and articulate
Adaptable to environment
Possess strong analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills
Independent and resourceful team player with outstanding leadership qualities
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good presentation skills
Able to motivate sales team
