Job Description:
Technical Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
Sales development of key and strategic accounts
Sales management of team accounts - account retention and growth
Ability to identify growth opportunities
Ability to identify new opportunities
Responsible for achieving overall team sales target on security system & maintenance contracts
Ability to lead, train and motivate team members under his /her charge
Ability to work with other departments and ensure all projects are run smoothly
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in an Engineering or Marketing discipline
Possess 5-8 years of sales experience, out of which 2-3 years in leading a sales team
Strong presentation and effective writing skills
Excellent track record in achieving / exceeding sales target and leading sales team
