Sales Administration Support
Location:  East



Responsibilities:
 Control & check sales costing document submitted by Sales personnel.
 Generate & process PR,PO, SO,DO & Request for invoice (billing)
 Tender preparation & submission
 Collate and generate sales report
 Assist Sales Manager in administrative tasks
 Back-fill procurement division



Requirements:
 1 year experience in office administration
 Fresh graduates will be considered
 Proficient in Microsoft Office
 Possess good communication skills
 Singaporeans / Singapore PR and Malaysians welcome
