Sales Representative/Outdoor Sales Personnel
Location: West
Responsibilities:
To generate sales revenue from new or existing customer
To provide sales support after sales products to customer
Monitoring of products quality, delivery and also collect payment from respective accounts on scheduled every month
Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve any issues amicably to enhance excellent customer relationship
Gather market information and customer's feedback to the company
To solve various issues related to order fulfillment, such as customer complaints and replacement orders
Establish an excellent customer relationship professionally with all customers
Responsible for customer's service satisfaction
Handle incoming calls and enquiries
Aggressively promote new product and higher value added products to existing and new customers professionally to achieve our sales targets
Requirements:
Preferably interested in beauty products
Proficient in English and multi Chinese dialects would be an added advantage (in order to liaise with various speaking associates)
Positive attitude, able to work independently with minimum supervision, good communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills
Able to know Singapore road well
Related working experience
