Job Description:
Sales Manager (Events Catering)
Location: North
Responsibilities:
Provide proposals and quotations on the functions' enquires by clients and closely follow-up with the clients to secure the business.
Liaise closely with the kitchen & operations department on menu planning.
Work closely with relevant departments on the planning of the layout, equipment and service needed for difference functions and events requirements.
Meet & exceed overall sales targets and objectives
To develop new clients account & servicing existing clients,developing and implementing sales strategies
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
3 years' working experience in the hospitality and/or F&B service industry
Self-motivated, sales-oriented with an outgoing personality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a fast paced environment
