Job Description:
Business Development Manager
Company: NVSage Pte Ltd
 Location: North-East


Responsibilities:
Sales experience to Enterprise customers with proven track record
Ability to acquire NEW accounts and work closely with new & existing customers to determine their current and future IT needs and to propose suitable products, services and/or upgrades through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls.
Maintaining contact with assigned clients and acting as the main interface between the client and the organization to ensure an optimal level of service
To prepare and present commercial proposals to customers from the lead identification stage up to the contract closing stage and the implementation stage.
Conduct presentations and the preparation of sales proposals, tender/bids, contracts and account management plans
Negotiating profitable business in accordance with organization's policies and liaising with technical support staff regarding technical solutions and support issues
Proven Sales track record in the IT industry



Requirements:
Minimum diploma in Business, Engineering or IT
Minimum 3 - 4 years solutions sales experience in handling direct sales in hardware, software and networking products
Experience in systems integration
Independent thinking and able to work in a team
Must be self-motivated, eloquent, resourceful, and results-oriented
Outstanding negotiation and excellent communication skills.
Must be able to converse in English and Chinese language, Malay language is advantageous in order to liaise with various speaking clients
