Sales Support Assistant

Job Description:

-Location: North

-Responsibilities:
Updating price list and product list.
Handling of sales orders, purchase orders and preparation of quotations and contract letters etc.
Liaise with suppliers.
Check supplier's specification against the sales enquires.
Preparation of agenda, take minutes of sales meetings
Administrating documents according to ISO Quality Manual.


Requirements:
Min 2 years experience
Min Diploma with relevant working experience in Admin / Sales / Operations Department will considered for the sales coordinator position
Familiar with ISO audit system and procedures will be an added advantage.
Ability to read / communicate in Chinese as candidates need to liaise with mandarin speaking clients / suppliers.
Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
