Business Support Executive

Job Description:
Handles customer enquiries and follow through orders from placement till delivery
Act as a focal point for customer and be responsible for fulfillment of orders.
Determine acceptability of order conditions and proactively identifies customers’ issues and collaborate with customers to implement the best solutions within corporate guidelines.
Communicate regularly with customers to follow up on potential sales opportunities and status of customer orders.
Deliver prompt, efficient and quality service to customers in order to enhance positive total customer experience.
Generates monthly sales and back order reports.
Controls and plans shipments for emerging markets.


Requirements:
You should possess a Diploma in business related discipline with minimum 2 years’ supply chain experience preferably in a Retail environment.
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Meticulous and detailed-oriented.
Independent, self-motivated with resourcefulness in problem solving
Proficient in MS Office applications with SAP (SD module) knowledge preferred.
