Sales Manager - Chemicals

Job Description:
-Develop and maintain close working relationship at multifunctional levels within customers’ organization.
-Work with distributors, formulate and implement near and long term strategies and plans so as to achieve aggressive revenue and profitability targets
-Devise technical development programs which can lead to future business
-Develop market intelligence and research to provide for the introduction of new products and keep abreast of competition
-Conduct on-going reviews to identify and analyze competitors’ pricing, products, marketing strategies and technical development programs
-Ensure that adequate budget is allocated for providing services to maintain key accounts
-Evaluate selective investments in target accounts to gain dominant supply position
-Support global key account management

Requirements:
-Degree in Chemistry or related disciplines.
-Good negotiation and problem solving skills
-Key account management experiences highly preferred.
-Customer develop strategy thinking
-Good communication and interpersonal skill
-A minimum 3 years experience in sales and marketing in Chemical/Specialty Chemical industry.
-Technical / formulating experience is preferred.
-Good oral and written English proficiency.
-Proficiency in other SE Asian languages is also preferred.
