Sales Manager @ Philips

Job Description:

-Responsibilities:
Co responsible for defining and achieving targeted sales Value and Volume
Responsible for achieving Margins, DSO-Cash Flow targets in his territory
Responsible for defining with the team and distributor the sales and marketing strategies through the needed operational business plan
Responsible for Initiating and implementing and updating together with the team and the distributors the Way Of Working (WoW) Tools for sales, marketing, KAM and TM.
Reporting according to the WoW Tools both internal and external to the GM with accurate and timely information.
Responsible for providing a continuous/cohesive flow of market intelligence from the markets in his territory on competitor activities and pricing, market shares and trends, price waterfalls, benchmarking reports, distribution and visibility.
Responsible for immediately identifying, recommending and implementing together with the local distributor, corrective measures to insure the achievement of the TV business overall policy in terms of sales targets, distribution, visibility, product mix development and A&P, KAM, TM plans.
Co responsible with the KAMs to establish and maintain commercial relationship s with the Key Accounts deploying required actions and processes specified by the office KAM strategies and directives to positively contribute to overall account results
Ensures Sales targets per specified accounts identified by KAM are set and achieved.
Delivers account specific growth plans specified by KAM
Sin Export coverage includes markets like Brunei, Sri Lanka, Papua New Guinea, Cambodia, Laos, Bangladesh, Maldives, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines, Hong Kong, etc...


Requirements:
-Min 7 years of experience in Marketing and Sales or relevant fields (with at least 3 years experience in Sales & Account Management)
-Education level with MBA or MSC degree
-Effective people & coaching skills
-Ability to manage both internal/external relationship at multi-level
-Ability to work beyond scope of the his job responsibilities
-Solid Leadership experience in managing a sales team
-Effective negotiation skills
-Impactful communication & presentation skills
-Strong command of written and spoken English
-Excellent Team Player
