Job Description:
Sales Support Executive (Logistic/Shipping/Freight)
Location: East
Responsibilities:
Assist Team Managers and Key Account Manager/Sales in administrative functions.
Engage customers on commercial/operational queries
Perform reporting requirements for both internal/external customers
Assist on rates quotations/filing/maintenance/renewal of quotations & contracts
Maintain customer reports/activities/performance profiles for team General Administrative functions
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent. Job role in Freight Forwarding or Logistics.
