Job Description:
Location: North-East
To manage retail operations towards achieving sales targets
Ensuring high level of customer service
Coordinating the recruitment, training and work scheduling of retail staff
Monitoring inventory / stock management
Managing retail counter ensuring compliance with brands’ image
Responsible for market reports, sales reports and sales commission and incentive reports
Requirements:
At least a Diploma in any discipline, with at least 1 year of retail supervisory experience
Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially MS Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
Display tact and initiative with a pleasant disposition
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
