Customer Service Coordinator/Officer

Job Description:
CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR / OFFICER
Location: Tuas

Responsibilities:
Handles incoming calls / faxes / enquiries on customers’ enquiries
Liaises with customers and negotiates on prices
Prepares the necessary paperwork, such as quotations, delivery orders
Follows up on outstanding enquiries, back orders and customers’ payments
Issues credit notes to customers if necessary



Requirements:
At least GCE “O’ levels or SPM
Singaporeans, PRs and Malaysians are welcome to apply
At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service or sales
Bilingual in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with internal and external customers
Has initiative and a positive learning attitude
Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication skills
Proficient in MS Excel
Possesses good problem solving skills
Must be willing to work in Tuas
Other Details:
Company transport provided at Jurong East, Boon Lay, Woodlands and Choa Chu Kang pick up points
