Requirements:
Minimum more than 3 years sales experience in Oil and Gas industry or equivalent experiences
Able to manage and measure work
Able to manage Diversity and problem solves a wide variety of difficulty and complex issues
Actively contribute to achieving financial objectives through increasing profit margins and sales
Achieve 2011 individual and team Sales & Gross Profit Plan
Manage a team of Sales Engineers
Promote and actively engage in cross training and selling of company range of products
Identify and develop new potential distribution agency/ products which complement existing product range
Maintain and promote close working relationship with customers and principals
Ensure timely submission of monthly reports
Co-ordinate internally with operation in ensuring customer satisfaction through On-Time-Delivery Performance, timely submission of quotations and technical support
