Assistant Marketing Manager (F&B)

Job Description:
To develop, implement and execute Company strategy in order to deliver profit and market share.
To be consistent with brands’ re-positioning & strategies to achieve business objectives.
Responsible for new marketing strategies and implementing them.
To work with Marketing team and Sales team to develop marketing events and activities to achieve business targets within allocated budget.
Monitor and evaluate marketing activities and the efficiency of partners, procedures and systems, making recommendations and implementing improvements.
To work closely with marketing partners, prepare business plans, budgets, reports and forecasts required to deliver and monitor delivery against objectives.
Review and report on promotional activity and performance against targets, providing variance analyses and revised projections to ensure plan delivery.


Requirements:
Degree in Marketing/ Mass Communication/ Business Administration/ Hospitality Management
Minimum 4 years of marketing experience
High motivated and ambitious; - quality driven, customers and business results oriented
Must have excellent client handling skills including oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
