Sales Representative/Executive

Job Description:
Sales Representative/Executive

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily door-to-door prospecting and cold calling.
Achieve individual monthly revenue and margin target.
Develop and grow customer base, and individual sales revenue
Consultative selling approach, whereby fact finding is the key.
Understand customers’ needs in order to propose suitable solution.
Build close business relationships with the customers, in order to enhance customer loyalty, to protect and grow revenues.
Engage customers and deliver exceptional service.
Develop strategic initiatives on account penetration and margin improvement.
Expand business opportunities into an account, whereby a customer buys or uses all our products and services.
Ensure daily reports are submitted promptly to District Manager


Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field with at least 1 year of sales experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent selling, negotiation and relationship building skills
Highly self motivated and driven with initiative
Strong determination to achieve sales targets
Energetic with pleasant personality
Able to work independently and work with the team
Possess own car preferred
