Sales Administrator

Job Description:
Location: Tuas
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and follow up to the company sales organisation
Handle all telephone, fax correspondence and email contacts on behalf of Business Unit Executives whether in or away from the office.
Establish and maintain appropriate filing system on accounts identified with potential. This system can be automated or manual or a combination of both.
Communicate sales related information to internal departments or the appropriate Business Unit Executives.


Requirements:
Diploma level Minimum
Familiar with MS office
Good communication skills
Rapport building and team player
Good organisational and time management skills
Confidence, ability to perform well under pressure
Exercises Inititative
Persistent, result oriented and self driven with a positive mindset
Able to speak English and Chinese (liaise with Chinese business associates)
Only Sporean/SPRs and Msians need to apply
The candidate must be comfortable to work in Tuas and a 5.5 days work week.
