Retail Store Manager

Job Description:
Oversee the day-to-day operational functions of the stores
Hire, supervise, lead & motivate employees
Achieve the sales targets
Control expenses & inventory
Stock products and display strong merchandising techniques
Possess excellent customer service driven attitude
Perform back office duties

Requirements:
Three years previous retail store management experience preferred
Demonstrated leadership ability
Able to manage multiple priorities at once
Computer literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
GCE A levels or Diploma in Retail Management or equivalent
